Refund policy
- 通訊交易適用:依據《消費者保護法》,消費者享有收到商品後隔日起算 7 天之猶豫期(非試用期)。
- 退貨條件:退回作品必須保持「全新原狀」且包裝完整。若因買受人保存不當導致作品受潮、污損或刮傷,將影響退貨權利或須負擔折價損失。
- 退貨運費承擔:除因商品本身瑕疵或寄送錯誤外,退貨所產生之運費及相關保險費用,均由買受人(消費者)全額自行負擔。買受人應選擇具備追蹤功能之物流方式,並妥善包裝以確保作品在回寄過程中不致受損。
- 例外情況:依據消費者要求進行之客製化創作(如人像委託繪製),屬於消保法規定之合理例外情事,不適用 7 天無理由退貨。
English Version: Returns and Refunds Policy (Revised)
- Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with consumer protection laws, Buyers have a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day after the item is received. Please note this is a "deliberation period," not a "trial period."
- Return Conditions: Returned artwork must be in its original, pristine condition and packaging. Any damage caused by improper handling, such as moisture, stains, or scratches, may void the return right or result in a deduction for loss in value.
- Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent, all return shipping costs, including insurance and any associated fees, shall be borne by the Buyer. The Buyer is advised to use a tracked shipping service and ensure professional packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Exception for Custom Works: Per the legal exceptions for personalized goods, custom-made or commissioned artworks (e.g., portrait commissions) are not eligible for the 7-day return policy.
